Welcome to Ocean Oasis — a cozy, light-filled oceanside condo perched at 40th Street and Coastal Highway, directly across from the Ocean City Convention Center. The beach is an easy few minutes' walk down 40th Street, and you're in the middle of everything — car shows, bike week, parades, and boardwalk day trips.
Inside, the open living space is built for easy beach days: a plush queen sleeper sectional, smart TV, a fully equipped white kitchen with breakfast bar, and plantation shutters that let you dial in the light. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, room-darkening shades, and its own TV for slow mornings.
Stocked like a home, not a rental
We stock the condo with the things other rentals forget: laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish and hand soap, trash bags, fresh sponges, cleaning supplies, and starter paper goods. The kitchen has real cookware — pots and pans, a blender, coffee maker, wine glasses, and every utensil you need to cook a proper dinner after a day in the sun.
You'll also find board games, playing cards, and beach toys in the unit. For longer stays, plan to bring your own toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and extra paper goods.
Relax and unwind outdoors
The deck is where the condo earns its name: table and chairs, ocean air, and front-row seats to the buzz of Coastal Highway. Sip your coffee at sunrise, watch the sunset with a cocktail, and rinse the sand off at the outdoor hose before heading upstairs.
Bringing your dog?
We're genuinely pet friendly — stainless bowls, poop bags, a vacuum, and pet stain remover are all in the unit. We approve pets case-by-case, so just tell us about your pup when you book. We ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors, waste gets picked up promptly, and anxious pups are crated when left alone.

Cancellation
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking. Cancel 30 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 14–29 days before check-in for a 50% refund of the nightly rate (fees fully refunded). No refund within 14 days of check-in.
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms plus a fire extinguisher are in the unit. A rental agreement is signed electronically at booking — you'll get your copy by email.

The building sits oceanside at 40th Street, and it's an easy 3–4 minute walk to the sand — no roads to drive, no parking to find, totally doable with chairs and a cooler in hand.
Completely self-serve. Before your arrival we send you a personal smart-lock code — no keys to pick up, no office hours to work around. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM (strictly during summer so our cleaners can turn the condo).
We welcome pets on a case-by-case basis — just tell us about your pet when you book. A small pet fee applies, and the condo comes stocked with stainless bowls, poop bags, a vacuum, and pet stain remover. Dogs should be leashed outdoors and crated if they're anxious when left alone.
Yes — free covered parking right under the building, which is gold this close to the beach. Additional public parking is available at the convention center across the street.
Linens and towels for the beds and bath are provided, along with starter supplies (paper goods, detergents, soaps). Bring your own beach towels and chairs (rentals are available nearby), plus toiletries for longer stays.
Booking direct means no platform service fees — the same condo, the same hosts, at a better bottom line. You book in about two minutes, sign the rental agreement online, and get direct access to us for anything you need.
The primary guest must be 25 or older, and the condo sleeps a maximum of 4. During peak summer season there's a 3-night minimum and check-in/check-out isn't available on Saturdays (Saturdays are fine as mid-stay nights).
